Who can drive the rental car?
Only drivers listed in the contract can drive. Minimum age is 21 and a valid driving licence held for at least 2 years is required.
Where can I pick up and return the car?
Standard pickup and return take place at our Prague branch. Delivery to airport, hotel or office is available by agreement.
How does booking and refundable deposit work?
We confirm booking by phone or e-mail. The refundable deposit is paid at handover and returned after the car is returned without damage.
What insurance is included?
The price includes liability and comprehensive insurance with deductible. Deductible can be reduced with an extra package.
Is there a mileage limit?
Standard limit is 110 km/day. The limit can be upgraded up to 200 km/day as an additional service.
Can I cancel or reschedule booking?
Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup. Cancelling 72–24 hours before pickup costs 50% of the rental price, less than 24 hours before pickup 80%, and no-show 100%.
